The quarterly event where the Management shared with employees on the company’s progress with regards to Financial performance, Quality matters, Production concerns, Engineering issues and Program Management updates. Group SHE shared on the Safety Towards Zero (0) Accident Program – S.T.O.P – and OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Management System Audit which is scheduled in last week of May 2018 and many more which benefiting the staff in taking care of the safety. The Head of Plant shared on the Financial performance for the past quarter and also raised concerns on the Tesiar received and urged everyone to be more prudent in producing good quality parts to customers. The event ended by 5.45pm and next General Assembly is tentatively scheduled in July 2018.
